We are now looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting team. Responsibilities: Lead a small team to manage month-end, interim, and year-end closings for management companies and properties, including journal entries, financial statements, and account reconciliations Prepare monthly sub-consolidation, management reports and variance analysis on time with accuracy Prepare sub-consolidation schedules for Group’s annual audit and interim review Assist business units and Group in preparing the annual budget Liaise with external auditors and company secretaries to prepare for annual audits, tax schedules and other supplementary documents Ensure all financial reporting is accurate, timely and in compliance with company policies, applicable statutory and tax reporting requirements Work with the IT team and system service providers to troubleshoot system issues and conduct testing Support and guide finance team members in using financial systems and preparing reports Perform any ad hoc assignment as assigned by the supervisor Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration Member of HKICPA/ACCA/CPA Australia or related professional qualifications Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including 1-2 years in supervisory role Experience in system enhancement and with knowledge in D365 and Oracle system is preferred Skilled in using MS Excel; knowledge of Excel Macro/VBA is a plus Good commend of Cantonese and English Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines under pressure Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of staff We are excited to find a new team member who will contribute to our finance team!
