We are currently looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team and play a key role in delivering assurance and tax services to our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a public practice accounting firm
• Proficient with Caseware, TaxCycle, and QuickBooks Online (QBO)
• Strong knowledge of ASPE, tax compliance, and general accounting principles
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple engagements

• Prepare Compilation and Review Engagements
• Prepare corporate tax returns (T2)
• Prepare personal tax returns (T1)
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide support on accounting and tax matters
• Review junior staff work and provide mentorship as needed
• Assist with year-end planning and ad hoc financial analysis
• Work directly with partners and clients to ensure deadlines and expectations are met
