WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a professional who thrives in a small team and is committed to long-term success. The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of recent experience in an Australian public practice accounting firm.
• Broad technical skills across tax, accounting, and compliance.
• Strong client communication and relationship skills.
• Proficiency in Xero and Excel.
• A mindset that values both quality and efficiency.

As a Senior Accountant, you’ll be an integral part of our team, independently managing the complete compliance cycle for a diverse range of clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• End-to-end compliance for companies, trusts, partnerships, SMSFs, and individuals.
• Preparing tax returns, financial statements, BAS/IAS, FBT, CGT, and payroll matters.
• Working directly with clients to answer questions, solve problems, and provide proactive, practical advice.
• Managing your workflow autonomously while being part of a supportive small team.
