Job Description The Senior Accountant is responsible for general accounting functions including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, financial statement analysis, and P&L guidance for Restaurant Leaders. The Senior Accountant will support month-end and year-end close processes, analyze financial data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial operations. Your Impact and Responsibilities: Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal policies, and external regulations Support and lead month-end and year-end closing activities Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement Answer P&L questions from Restaurants and Restaurant Support Office Crewmembers Qualifications 3-5 years of accounting experience Bachelor's degree in accounting Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively Microsoft Proficient: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Preferred Qualifications: Workday Financials experience Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
