1. FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING & REPORTING

• Maintain accurate books of accounts in compliance with IFRS and applicable regulations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management and external stakeholders.
• Perform variance analysis and provide explanations for deviations from budgets or forecasts.
• Oversee fixed assets accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, and disposals.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 3-4 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in real estate or property development.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and real estate accounting practices.

SKILLS:

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Yardi).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
