Position Overview RecruitGo is seeking a skilled Senior Accountant (Australian experienced) who will work closely with the Australian manufacturing company who specializes in aluminum windows and doors for Residential, Architectural and Commercial projects. The role focus in closely working with the AU client to managed AU Tax accounting and finance related process. A company that offers growth and travel opportunity. Responsibilities The primary responsibility of this role is to support an Australian manufacturing company who specializes. The position involves assisting with customer onboarding, providing ongoing support, and ensuring a smooth transition from existing processes to the new system. This includes responding to client inquiries, daily bookkeeping, accounting, triaging calls, and collaborating closely with internal teams to resolve concerns efficiently. In addition, the role will provide accounting support to finance. This includes working alongside an external accounting firm to assist with daily bookkeeping, financial forecasting, cash flow projections, preparing job costings, audits, and analysis of key business KPIs across the group. Training will be provided, particularly in relation to AU accounting process and systems. Qualifications CA or CPA (Australian experience) 5–10 years Fluent spoken and written English Confident communicating directly with Australian customers Have formal training or hands-on experience with Australian accounting standards With knowledge of GST, PAYG Withholding With 3 years experience to Xero and Quickbooks or proven working experience Has clear, professional phone manner Amenable to work Australian times – 8.00am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday (Melbourne). Flexible to future travel abroad in case requested by the client. With personal devices for home readiness set-up.
