We are seeking a Finance Officer / Senior Accountant with proven expertise in financial reporting, cash flow management, taxation, and audits to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of accounting experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, IFRS standards.
• Experience in cash flow forecasting, credit control, and cost reduction analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Excellent English communication skills (Russian/Arabic is a plus).
• Previous experience in travel, real estate, or related industries is an advantage.

• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements and detailed projected cash flow reports for management.
• Handle complete monthly reconciliation of inter-company accounts, bank statements, and key suppliers.
• Manage corporate clients accounts and suppliers’ accounts
• Compile and prepare all necessary audit schedules to support annual internal and external audits.
• Supervise the maintenance of insurance policies for vehicles, and employee medical plans.
• Analyze and prepare detailed monthly debtors ageing reports with all corresponding payment due dates.
• Scrutinize operating expenses with a mandate to identify and implement tangible cost reductions.
• Monitor cash flow, manage customer credit limits, and ensure accurate AR/AP management.
• Prepare and file VAT returns and Corporate Tax submissions in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Work with Zoho Books/Zoho CRM and other systems to ensure accurate and integrated financial data.
