What You Will Do Full Set Accounting & Financial Operations Independently manage full sets of accounts for 1–2 entities, ensuring accurate and timely month-end and year-end closings. Handle daily accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger maintenance. Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS). Financial Reporting & Analysis Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and management reports for review by senior management. Conduct variance analysis, highlight key financial insights, and support strategic business decisions. Support group consolidation and intercompany reconciliations when required. Audit, Tax, and Compliance Liaise independently with external auditors, tax agents, and banks to resolve queries promptly. Prepare and review audit schedules and statutory filings in accordance with IRAS and ACRA requirements. Ensure timely submission of GST, corporate tax, and other statutory reports. Financial Planning & Control Support budgeting and forecasting exercises; assist in cost control and efficiency analysis. Maintain accurate financial documentation and internal control processes. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve accounting systems (e.g., automation, system integration). Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with business units to ensure accurate cost allocation and reporting. Collaborate with FP&A and management teams on financial data analysis and performance tracking. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. At least 3–5 years of relevant experience, including hands-on full-set accounting. Solid understanding of Singapore accounting standards, GST, and corporate tax requirements. Experience liaising with auditors, IRAS, and banks in Singapore. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. NetSuite, Xero, or QuickBooks) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills. Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy. Strong sense of ownership, able to work independently with minimal supervision. Effective communication skills in both written and spoken English.
