FINANCIAL RECORD KEEPING:

• Preparing and analyzing financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements).
• Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Accurate bookkeeping, including recording daily transactions.
• Organizing and maintaining financial documentation.
• Ensuring data integrity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
• Experience with supervising or mentoring junior staff is a plus

• Analyzing financial data to provide insights and recommendations to management.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
