Role Description and Responsibilities US accounting for USA legal entity and EU Business. Ensuring accurate actual accounting in line with IFRS and reconcile the accounts US & EU Month end including working with US & EU FP&A accountant to analyse Actual vs Budget. Accurate and timely monthly reconciliation Review of internal compliance for USA and EU, including reviewing employee expense reimbursement and corporate credit card spend CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Assessment of JSOX as per instruction from parent entity's instruction and recommend the process improvement Internal Monitoring - executing the monitoring activity and report the outcome to FC and wider group Policy review and update New acounting standard implementation (ie. Climate reporting). Working collaboratively with global team, support the new accounting standard implementation. Insurance support, such as annual insurance renewal, attending insurance queries Finance partner for overheads BU. Support in budget / forecast and actual analysis External and Internal Audit support Ad-hoc project for finance and compliance FP&A Western market support, including FP&A tasks for USA and EU entities Adhoc Tasks as advised Key Qualifications: CPA or CA is a must 5+ years Big 4 experience in auditing similar org or similar org Retail, FMCG or Manufacturing Strong knowledge in Accounting, IFRS Strong communication skill both verbal and written in English Business partnering skills with ability to support the business unit owners proactively in timely budget preparation, look for opportunity to improve PL Result orientated and ability to work to deadlines under pressure. Ability to priorities tasks.
