Leverage Your Investment/Property Accounting Experience –we require a commercial and strategic thinker who can demonstrate end-to-end accounting experience, taking the initiative to constantly improve the delivery of accurate portfolio reporting.
Utilise your Technical Accounting Advice and Expertise – our ultimate candidate will blend financial accounting and commercial acumen, adding value to the property team. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will liaise on the long-term strategy of each property investment, and take full responsibility for all accounting/finance related decisions across all properties in the portfolio, including new property acquisitions.
Work Independently, Supported by an Experienced Finance Team - as Head of Finance, you will be highly supported by the current incumbent Management Accountant, external Bookkeeper and the Managing Director, who is also a highly experienced Accountant / Finance Manager.

  • Demonstrate prior experience in a similar role within a property/investment space.
  • Demonstrate or explain your experience with Excel workbooks.
  • Demonstrate a meticulous eye for detail and your process for ensuring accuracy across all reporting.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present and explain complex financial data to a diverse audience including management, investors, and other stakeholders.
  • Share an example of a process or system that you have either improved, or instigated, and how you assured a successful implementation across the team/department/company.
