Optiline Enterprises Reports To: Chief Financial Officer Position Overview Optiline Enterprises is seeking a highly capable Senior Accountant / Senior Financial Analyst to support executive leadership across financial reporting, strategic modeling, and growth initiatives. This is a hybrid role combining senior-level accounting oversight with forward-looking financial analysis and capital planning. The position works directly with the CFO and ownership to provide financial clarity, modeling support, and disciplined reporting across multiple operating and investment initiatives. This role is ideal for a finance professional who is comfortable operating at both a detailed accounting level and a strategic executive level. Core Responsibilities Senior Accounting & Close Oversight Oversee and review monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes Review journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals for accuracy and GAAP compliance Maintain strong internal controls and documentation standards Coordinate with external accountants for tax filings and financial reviews Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting across entities Financial Modeling & Strategic Analysis Build and maintain detailed financial models and pro formas Develop forecasts and multi-scenario projections Support budgeting and long-term financial planning Analyze margins, overhead, cash flow, and capital allocation Stress-test assumptions and evaluate risk exposure Treasury & External Stakeholder Support Prepare financial packages for banks and lenders Support covenant reporting and financing requests Assist with working capital and cash flow forecasting Participate in meetings with financial partners and advisors as needed Executive & Strategic Support Provide direct financial insights to executive leadership Translate complex financial data into concise, actionable recommendations Support acquisitions, entity structuring, and growth initiatives Assist with special strategic projects as required Systems & Process Improvement Improve and document finance processes and reporting workflows Support ERP and reporting system enhancements Ensure data consistency and scalability as the company grows Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5–10+ years of progressive accounting and financial analysis experience Strong GAAP knowledge and month-end close expertise Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills Experience supporting executives or ownership groups Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred: CPA or CMA strongly preferred Experience with multi-entity structures Background in construction, real estate, public accounting, or project-based industries Why Join Optiline Optiline Enterprises is scaling with disciplined financial governance and long-term growth objectives.
