Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and variance analysis to facilitate timely decision-making.
• Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks and enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting by analyzing historical data and providing insights into financial trends.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory for credibility.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles within a corporate environment.
• Experience working in industries such as manufacturing, retail, or financial services is highly desirable.
