Description Senior Accountant Snap-Tite Hose – a leading manufacturer of high-quality fire, agricultural, and industrial hoses – is seeking a Staff or Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team. This position will play a key role in supporting our continued business growth and ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting. Title and responsibilities will be commensurate with experience. Responsibilities: Responsible for daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies. Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and related management reports. Manage and analyze fixed assets, cost accounting, and expense control to improve financial performance. Support monthly and year-end closing, external audits, and tax filings. Maintain and enhance internal control procedures to ensure compliance with financial regulations. Assist in annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions. Perform other tasks as assigned by management. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment. Solid knowledge of cost accounting and inventory management. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
