This role will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial results while maintaining strong internal controls. Additionally, the Senior Accountant will be an integral partner in the implementation of a new ERP system to support StrideCare’s high-growth, acquisition-driven environment. • Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting.
  • Proven experience preparing for external audits and coordinating with tax advisors.
  • Hands-on involvement in ERP implementation or system transformation projects strongly preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with mid-to-large scale ERP systems.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • StrideCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to diversity and inclusion in our workforce. We encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds and experiences.
