My client is a Berlin-based technology start-up that has recently been acquired by a larger organization and is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to strengthen and scale its finance function.

This is a permanent, hands-on accounting role for someone who combines strong technical accounting expertise with a modern, digital mindset and a passion for process improvement. The successful candidate will take ownership of end-to-end accounting activities, support financial reporting under HGB and IFRS, improve automation across finance systems, and help create scalable processes to support future growth. The role offers significant ownership and visibility, working closely with the finance leadership team to professionalise and optimise the accounting function.
