What You’ll Be Doing : Lead day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, GL) Oversee invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups Perform bank reconciliations & monitor cash flow Manage inventory accounting & stock reconciliation Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual financial reports Handle VAT/tax filings and ensure full compliance Monitor COGS and profitability margins Collaborate closely with operations & warehouse teams for stock control Ensure accurate reporting within Odoo ERP Support audits and financial review what we are looking for: Strong hands-on experience with Odoo ERP 2–5+ years of accounting experience (retail/trading/distribution is a must) Solid background in inventory accounting & cost control Strong knowledge of VAT/tax regulations Advanced Excel & financial reporting skills Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA, ACCA, CMA (preferred but not mandatory)
Responsibilities
The Senior Accountant will lead daily accounting operations including AP, AR, and GL, overseeing invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups while performing bank reconciliations and monitoring cash flow. This role also involves managing inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, preparing financial reports, and handling VAT/tax filings.
