Description Job Title: Senior Accountant Location: Austin Schedule: Hybrid Reports To: Controller Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general ledger accounting and reporting, along with the ability to support accounting staff. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting functions. Key Responsibilities: Participate in the month-end close process for all subsidiaries, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Assist in the post-merger integration of accounting functions, accounts payable (A/P), and payroll. Maintain day-to-day relationships with banking partners and report on daily cash positions. Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations including leasing and fixed assets. Work closely with FP&A to help manage special project actuals and budgets Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. 5+ years of experience Thrives in an ever-evolving environment for high-growth businesses. Proven full cycle general ledger experience, including month-end close and financial reporting. Strong proficiency in Excel, with the ability to manipulate and analyze data effectively. Experience in lease accounting is a plus. Familiarity with NetSuite or similar accounting software is preferred. A high degree of initiative, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
