We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions. This role involves working closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and timely month-end and year-end closing activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or CPA preferred)
• Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual)
• Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Handle month-end and year-end close processes
• Reconcile balance sheets and bank statements
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure proper classification of all transactions
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making
• Coordinate with auditors and prepare audit schedules and documentation
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
• Supervise and support junior accounting staff
