QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4-6+ years of professional accounting or finance experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with accounting software and financial systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  PAY TRANSPARENCY: The estimated hourly pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00. Actual compensation will be determined by the hiring authority and may vary depending on qualifications and other factors relevant to the responsibilities of the role.

• Prepare and present monthly financial results to management.
• Perform bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.
• Review and reconcile sales tax, accruals, allocations, and payroll postings.
• Oversee fixed assets, inventory, intercompany transactions, and depreciation schedules.
• Research and resolve accounting issues, preparing adjusting journal entries as needed.
• Streamline reporting processes, maintain accounting policies, and implement internal controls.
• Support ad-hoc projects to drive departmental and company goals.
