As a Senior Accounting Technician, you will be responsible for tasks such as:

• Preparing compilation engagements, review engagements and personal and corporate tax returns
• Assisting with mentoring and training junior staff
• Liaising with the CRA on behalf of clients pertaining to personal and corporate tax matters
• Preparation of personal and corporate tax returns and adjustments, which could include:
• Payroll reconciliation and preparing T4 returns
• Preparing T5 returns
• GST reconciliation, preparation and filing
• Bookkeeping using client supplied records
• Client communication via email, phone and in-person as required

This role is full-time with overtime required during peak seasons. This position is required to work in the office. Reliable transportation or the ability to commute is required.
