Through our proprietary sports-book and casino engine, we enable partners to offer real social interactions, predictive gameplay, and casino entertainment in one unified experience. As a Senior Accountant, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of accounting function, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting as we continue to grow. You’ll own critical components of the close process, assist in system implementation, and collaborate cross-functionally to streamline accounting processes. Responsibilities: Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly close schedules Support the preparation of financial statements and management reporting Partner with the Director of Accounting and Controller to bring accounting processes in-house Assist with ERP and financial systems implementation (NetSuite experience preferred) Reconcile cash, AR/AP, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors Collaborate with Operations and Product teams to ensure proper accounting for new initiatives Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and company policies Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CPA candidate preferred) 3–6 years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting or startup experience a plus) Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and month-end close procedures Hands-on experience with ERP systems; NetSuite experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience documenting processes and supporting system implementations Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment This position is onsite at our Monterrey office located in the Corporativo Santa Maria complex.
Responsibilities
The Senior Accountant will be responsible for preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly close schedules while supporting the preparation of financial statements and management reporting.
