Prepare and issue Government Uniform Invoices (GUI) and manage input/output invoices. Prepare and file VAT returns and related tax declarations. Handle withholding tax (WHT) calculation and filing in compliance with Taiwan tax regulations. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities. Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders during audits. Prepare financial and tax-related reports to meet local and regional HQ requirements. Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and documentation standards. Provide basic office administrative support when required, depending on organizational needs. Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management. 職位描述負責日常會計帳務處理，包含傳票編制、帳務入帳與帳戶核對。統一發票（GUI）開立與管理，進銷項發票彙整。營業稅（VAT）及相關稅務申報作業。所得稅扣繳及 WHT（Withholding Tax）計算與申報。協助月結／季結／年結作業，確保帳務準確與關帳時程。配合會計師、稅務顧問及內外部稽核（Audit）作業。準備財務及稅務相關報表，並配合集團或總部需求。維護會計文件、合約與付款流程之合規性。視公司規模提供基本辦公室行政支援。其他主管交辦事項及跨部門支援工作。 Qualifications Associate degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines. 3–5+ years of solid accounting experience; MNC experience preferred. Strong knowledge of Taiwan tax regulations, including VAT and WHT. Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. Basic English reading and written communication skills required.
