Job Title: Corporate Accountant (US GAAP Standards) Company: NorthBay Solutions Location: Karachi Job Type: Full-time Job Description: NorthBay Solutions, with a team of 400+ Software Engineers and offices across Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi, the US, and Canada, is looking to hire Corporate Accountants with a strong understanding of Corporate Accounting and Finance, focusing on US GAAP Accounting Standards and US SEC compliance. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a solid background in US accounting standards. Responsibilities: Manage corporate accounting and finance activities in compliance with US GAAP Accounting Standards. Ensure adherence to US SEC compliance regulations. Prepare and review financial statements and reports. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and regulations. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members. Requirements: Strong understanding of Corporate/Technical Accounting on US standards. In-depth knowledge of US GAAP Accounting Standards and US SEC compliance. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Must be able to work Monday to Friday, 12 pm to 9 pm. Foreign degree or ACCA background preferred. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12 pm to 9 pm (Hybrid) Note: Please do not apply if you do not have experience with US GAAP Accounting Standards and US SEC compliance.
