Responsibilities
  • Analyze periodic results and provide explanations for the budget, forecast and prior year variances
  • Prepare and review journal entries, working papers and reconciliations
  • Maintain 150 plus lease portfolio’s: tracking and related accounting in accordance with ASC 842
  • Provide reporting on lease portfolio, previous experience with Lucernex will be considered an asset
  • Analyze and reconcile variances between the general ledger, sub ledger and systems
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies
  • Research, analyze and implement new accounting standards or changes to compliance requirements
  • Assist with managing the annual audit process
  • Document and ensure compliance with processes and internal controls
  • Develop a detailed understanding of ORACLE and how it connects to associated programs
  • Prepare ad hoc report requests from Operations teams and/or management
  • Provide support to junior accountant
