Responsibilities
The Senior Accountant is a key member of the Finance Department, working in accounting and admin reporting to the Corporate Financial Controller.
Utilising VVGA’s ERP system, (Excede from Proceed), the Senior Accountant’s role is to constantly find improvements to further enhance the efficiency and synergies from the one ERP and centralised accounts payable controls.
Lead an experienced Accounts Payable team to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely processing of invoices.
Manage all company payments to suppliers to ensure proper management and recording of transactions by maintaining stringent processes for invoice processing, verification, reconciliation, and payment cycle activities.
Work together with the Corporate Financial Controller and state Financial Controllers to adhere to the group’s Delegation of Authority, policies, and guidelines.
