We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Senior Accountant to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of our financial operations. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is confident taking ownership of key accounting processes and leading projects that enhance efficiency and compliance.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 4–6+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial modeling is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform and review bank reconciliations across multiple accounts
  • Maintain and reconcile fixed assets and prepaid schedules
  • Handle complex balance sheet reconciliations, being able to research and ensuring all items are accurate and up-to-date
  • Post and analyze payroll transactions (both U.S. and international) and ensure proper classification
  • Support audits and tax filings, including coordination with external auditors and tax consultants
  • Partner with internal teams to support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
  • Lead or support cross-functional projects, bringing an accounting perspective to operational initiative
  • Ensure a fast and accurate monthly close, with a strong emphasis on organization and attention
