Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities and annual audits
• Prepare financial statements, MIS, management reports, and project-wise profitability reports
• Manage project accounting, construction costs, development expenses, budgets, and accruals
• Handle escrow and RERA-relate
