Description Fueling Success in this Role We’re looking for a detail-driven, analytical Senior Accountant to join our Accounting team. This is a high-impact role supporting financial reporting, internal controls, reconciliations, and special projects across the business. What You’ll Do Perform complex accounting tasks and specialized financial analyses Assess internal controls and safeguards to protect the business Develop and recommend improved accounting and business procedures Implement solutions to streamline processes and increase efficiency Prepare easy-to-interpret reports and financial statements Reconcile sub-ledgers to general ledger balances Support departmental and cross-functional special projects Identify data and reporting needs to improve business performance Provide work leadership to lower-level staff as needed Complete other duties as assigned Why Should You Join Our Team? Minimum Qualifications: The ideal candidate must be extremely organized and able to manage the logistics of multiple duties with professionalism and strong communication skills. In addition, strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment is critical for success in the role, as are high levels of accuracy, timeliness and dependability. We are looking for someone who can establish and maintain effective working relationships within the organization, work effectively with all levels of employees and management, and assist in providing solutions to challenges that arise. If this describes you and you meet the following requirements, we would be happy to speak with you: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minimum of four (4) years of related accounting experience and/or equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities, including experience with inventory, production, procurement, logistics, financial reporting, and cross-functional projects.
