SUMMARY
The Senior Accountant will report directly to the Accounting Supervisor and will be an integral member of the Site Accounting team responsible for the day-to-day accounting of mine operations and site related activities. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position based in our Whitehorse office, and is not a fly-in-fly-out role.
Your primary responsibility will be to support the efficient and accurate financial operations for the site, manage concentrate sales and accounting for revenue, corporate reporting, journal entries, reconciliation, and foreign exchange management.

The Keno Hill mine, located within the Keno Hill Silver District in Canada’s Yukon Territory. Keno Hill, is one of the highest-grade silver districts in the world, is situated 350 kilometres north of Whitehorse, and lies within the traditional territory of the First Nation of Na-Cho Nyak Dun. It comprises 242 square kilometres (km2) with numerous mineral deposits and more than 35 historical past-producing mine sites. Keno Hill is expected to produce 2.7-3.1 million ounces of silver in 2025 as the mine ramps up production.
