QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Tax or Finance, investment experience considered an asset
  • Completed or pursuing a professional accounting designation (CPA).
  • 3-5 years of accounting/finance experience
  • Experience with the full cycle of accounting, financial analysis
  • Experience with preparation of corporate tax returns
  • Strong time management skills with experience/exposure to managing tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Applications
  • Professional and discrete demeanor
  • Self-starter, self-directed, performance and results driven
  • Accepts ownership and accountability and possesses a high level of integrity
  • Team player with a positive ’can do’ attitude to objectives and challenges
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure, in a fast-paced high-volume environment
  • Demonstrates a team-oriented attitude and works well with and through others
  • Solid analytical skills, strategic thinking and process improvement driven
  • Client focused and results-oriented
  • Experience with SAP and/or SharePoint an asset
