We AIM for excellence Job Description You will be ensuring accurate accounting and financial reporting for the assigned region You will be developing, maintaining, and monitoring financial planning activities such as targets and budgets You will be collaborating with Business Unit (BU) partners to provide financial insights, challenge assumptions, and support strategic decision-making You will be executing month-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate financial results You will be leading and participating in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and shorten financial reporting cycles You will be preparing and delivering detailed, value-added financial analyses to support business performance Qualifications You have a university degree in accounting or finance You have a minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience You are highly skilled in Excel and familiar with reporting tools such as Cognos or Power BI You are bilingual in French and English You are autonomous, detail-oriented, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills You have a strong sense of responsibility and enjoy working collaboratively across departments Additional Information What we offer!
