(DHi) is seeking a Hybrid Senior Accounting Analyst (Team Support & Oversight) to provide accounting analysis, support the accounting team, and oversee financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of supervising accounting operations. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate with team members effectively. Key Responsibilities Billing & Accounts Processing Analyze financial statements and accounting data. Support the accounting team with reconciliations and reporting. Ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions. Compliance & Reporting Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Support audits and internal controls. Cross-Department Coordination Collaborate with finance, operations, and compliance teams. Ensure accounting processes align with company policies and industry standards. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 4–6 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or auditing. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in government contracting or defense-related accounting. Familiarity with ERP and financial reporting platforms. Core Competencies Accuracy & Attention to Detail: Ensure accurate financial analysis and reporting. Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with team members. Problem-Solving: Address financial discrepancies proactively. Time Management: Handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
