POSITION SUMMARY:

Radiology Partners is hiring a Senior Accounting Analyst for the Corporate Accounting Department. The position will report to the Manager of Corporate Accounting and will be focused on Crossreads, Non-Trade Receivable account reconciliations, and financial analysis. Success in this role means maintaining accurate and timely records, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies, and meeting month-end close deadlines with the opportunity to learn and grow professionally.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
  • 3+ years of accounting experience; healthcare accounting preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems (Workday or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
  • Solid analytical skills for interpreting financial data and trends.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, statements, and month-end close processes in compliance with GAAP and company policies.
  • Analyze financial data, including actual vs. budget and year-over-year trends, to provide insights and solutions to management.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and ownership of accounting processes while meeting all reporting deadlines.
  • Support internal and external audits and strengthen accounting controls and documentation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and assist with ad hoc projects or other finance-related needs as required.
