We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Accounting Analyst, Revenue to join our growing Revenue & Reconciliation team. This role can be based in our corporate head office – Toronto (North York). This is an on-site position.

REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience is required
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and creating macros
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and billing processes
  • Proven experience working with large datasets and conducting detailed analyses
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Previous experience in the healthcare or dental industry is an asset
  • Bilingualism in French and English is an asset
  • Knowledge of MS Business Central is an asset
Responsibilities
  • Extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets to generate accurate and comprehensive billing reports
  • Develop and maintain Excel macros to automate repetitive tasks, improving efficiency and accuracy
  • Support automation initiatives within dentist billing, ensuring smooth transitions and continuous process improvements
  • Collaborate with the Dentist Billing Manager and team lead to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate invoicing
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports, reconciliations, and any necessary adjustments
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize data management and billing practices
  • Contribute to the automation and optimization of dentist billing and payment processes
