What You’ll Do

• Lead accounting engagements for international corporate clients.
• Review associates’ work, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations and tax filings.
• Collaborate directly with managers/partners to advise clients on complex matters.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to their development.
• Leverage modern accounting technology to improve processes and client outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA license or CPA track required).
• 4–6 years of accounting/tax experience, ideally with international exposure.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards.
• Leadership skills with the ability to guide and review junior team members.
• Tech-driven mindset — experience with modern accounting software/automation.
• Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication skills.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
