Job Summary The Senior Accounting Associate will oversee, verify, and manage all financial and accounting operations. This includes ensuring the accuracy of financial records in compliance with accounting standards, managing cash flow, overseeing tax compliance, and preparing financial reports for management and regulatory authorities. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end accounting cycle, including the precise execution of all daily ledger postings (AR, AP, and GL) Lead month-end and year-end closings, and prepare detailed financial statements with Profit & Loss analysis, while ensuring full compliance with statutory e-Filing and regulatory submissions to the regulators (e.g. DBD and Revenue Department) Manage and review monthly Value Added Tax (VAT) reports (PP.30) and withholding tax filings (PND.1, 3, 53, 54) including prepare and submit annual corporate income tax (PND.50, PND.51) including Disclosure Forms to the Revenue Department Maintain financial liquidity through cash flow forecasting, managing all banking transactions and reconciliations, and overseeing the entire credit control and payment process from invoice issuance to vendor settlements Maintain the fixed asset register, calculate depreciation, and conduct annual physical counts of assets and inventory Coordinate with external auditors, provide requested documentation (Aging reports, Trial Balance, others) and manage confirmation letters for AR,AP, and Bank Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, or related fields Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting roles Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Accounting Systems Excellent written and verbal communication Good command of English (both written and verbal) A passion for learning, growth, and people development Deep understanding of accounting standards (TFRS), Thai tax laws, and financial management
