Job Description Responsibilities: Account Payable Team Leadership: Oversee Accounts Payable operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing Develop and maintain policies and procedures in compliance with regulations Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies Lead, train, and evaluate Accounts Payable team members Financial Strategy & Leadership: Support Finance Director in driving financial strategy and planning Participate in leadership training and develop understanding of Group policies Gradually assume responsibility for major financial areas Financial Planning & Analysis: Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans Provide business insights and financial recommendations to management Accounting, Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with IFRS and K-GAAP Participate in audits, statutory filings, and tax compliance processes Strengthen internal controls and drive process improvements Business Partnering: Collaborate with Business Unit Heads to improve profitability and efficiency Support evaluation of CAPEX, M&A, and restructuring projects Contribute to digital transformation initiatives in finance operations Regulatory Affairs: Monitor regulatory developments and advise on potential impacts Establish relationships with government agencies and regulatory authorities Succession & Long-Term Readiness: Engage in regional and global finance leadership programs Exhibit high integrity and commitment to company values Qualifications Qualifications & Competencies •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related discipline (CPA or MBA preferred). •Minimum 12 years relevant experience in accounting or finance within multinational corporations. •Strong background in Accounts Payable or General Accounting, with team leadership experience. •Excellent English and Korean communication skills (both written and verbal). •Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and integrity. •Preventability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines. •A passionate and ambitious professional in the field of finance. Preferred Experience •Experience in Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC), or professional service industries. •Working knowledge of Hyperion / Oracle systems •Demonstrated experience in process improvement and automation. •Proven track record in cost optimization, or digital finance transformation.
