The Senior Accounting Manager will be an integral part of the accounting team and supporting senior management in integrating the accounting and finance functions. Acting as the right hand and reporting to the VP of Finance, the Senior Accounting Manager will own a broad set of financial responsibilities, including assisting in the budgeting and forecasting process, the monthly close process, management reporting, and the annual audit. He/She will act as a steward of the accounting function, will possess impeccable integrity, thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, hold himself/herself and others to the highest standards, collaborate well across all levels of the organization, and embrace Fora Financial’s close-knit, results oriented culture. REQUIREMENTS:

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other business-related fields
• CPA Required
• 6-8 years in across financial domain including relevant management experience
• Lending business experience mandatory
• Demonstrated leadership experience, managing and training small teams is a plus
• Proficiency in GAAP accounting, revenue recognition a plus
• Strong analytical, financial modeling and reporting skills
• Stellar analytical aptitude and an intellectual curiosity to uncover patterns and trends
• Experience with creating financial statements, general ledger functions, and month-end/year-end close process
• Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial and accounting software
• Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills
