We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant for an internationally operating company who, in addition to operational accounting, will actively participate in the further development of processes and structures.

Your tasks:

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with German Commercial Code (HGB).
• Responsibility for ongoing financial accounting
• Contact person for auditors and tax advisors
• Participation in tax-related matters and reporting.
• Optimization and digitization of processes in accounting
• Close cooperation with the finance department

Your qualifications:

• Successfully completed commercial training with further education as a certified accountant, tax specialist or comparable qualification
• Extensive professional experience in accounting
• Very good knowledge of German Commercial Code (HGB)
• Experience in preparing financial statements
• Solid English skills for collaboration in an international environment
• Willingness to undertake occasional business trips to France (approx. 1-2 times per year)
• Independent and structured work style
