We are hiring a Senior Manager of Accounting (Treasury) to join our centralized team in the Denver Tech Center, CO. This role will be responsible for leading our efforts in treasury accounting, specifically cash, cash management, and settlements, including process improvement specific to Accounts Payable, Intercompany and Bank Reconciliations. Selected candidate will be a dynamic leader with strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to create and execute effective and efficient processes that drive consistent results. Where You Will Work Our corporate office is located in the Denver Tech Center. Our office spans the top two floors of the building and features expansive views of the mountains and the downtown skyline. AIR values relationships and the benefits from working side by side with teammates, therefore this position will be in-office 5 days a week to support operations. What You Will Do: Lead a team of accountants responsible for AP, AR, bank reconciliations and payment processing, providing, guidance, mentorship and support as needed to ensure their success. Oversee technical accounting and reporting requirements related to treasury accounting functions, specifically cash, ap, and intercompany. Partner with stakeholders to create effective and efficient processes, optimize systems, including enhancing Kyriba for cash management and forecasting and our Blackline reconciliation tool. Develop automation opportunities and oversee solution management, including matching for AP in Blackline. Manage audit and SOX workflows, including being the external auditor liaison. Direct and maintain the relationship with AP/AR and cash stakeholders. Apply advanced accounting concepts, theories and principals to develop solutions to problems. Adhering to GAAP and company policies and procedures and other regulations in the performance of duties. Set department and staff goals based on overall department or company goals. Qualifications What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred, but not a requirement) 7+ years of experience related to the oversight of processing and recording accounts payable and receivable transactions 5+ years’ experience leading a team, preferably in Treasury Confident communicator with the level of maturity and presence necessary to influence senior executives and business leaders. CPA Preferred Additional Information What We Offer AIR offers attractive total $145,000-$165,000 base salary plus annual target bonus.
