You will play a key role in aligning local payroll processes with global standards and improving systems and ways of working. You will act as a trusted expert on complex payroll topics while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities: Execute end-to-end payroll processing, including complex calculations and statutory requirements, as well as all related post-payroll activities Ensure payroll accuracy through reconciliations, reporting, and audit support Monitor and improve payroll systems and support enhancements or migrations Act as a subject matter expert for payroll-related queries and stakeholder advice Ensure compliance with Dutch legislation and internal policies while driving process improvements Contribute to payroll transformation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts Qualifications Working at JDE Peet’s is hands-on, giving you the chance to leave your mark while working together as one team.
