Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations. Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports. Process invoices and ensure timely payment of all financial obligations. Support internal audits and financial reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with other departments to manage financial data and provide required reports. Monitor financial transactions and assist with budget preparation and forecasting. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles preferred. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills, with an ability to present financial information clearly and professionally. Experience in the sports or recreational facility industry is a plus.
