Monitor daily transaction processing and reconcile payment runs. Ensure compliance with state unclaimed property laws and prepare necessary reports. Investigate dormant accounts and reconcile discrepancies. Maintain expertise in insurance regulations and recordkeeping. Support audits and prepare financial reconciliation reports. Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate banking records. Serve as the point of escalation for claims-related inquiries. Manage vendor validation and compliance. Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency. Requirements 5+ years of experience in accounting or related financial operations. At least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity. Strong understanding of relevant laws and claim processes. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Outstanding organizational and analytical abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
