Job Responsibilities: Review Analyst and Associate work for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to ATS standards across monthly, quarterly, and annual engagements; ensure financial statements, reconciliations, and journal entries are accurate and discrepancies are resolved promptly. Manage multiple client accounts, proactively monitoring deadlines, coordinating follow‑ups, identifying missing information, and resolving issues to ensure timely, high‑quality deliverables; maintain organized workpapers and documentation that meet ATS and firm standards. Mentor and develop team members, including Associates and new ATS hires, by providing training, shadowing opportunities, and ongoing feedback that supports skill growth and consistent work quality. Strengthen team processes and quality, partnering with ATS leadership to reinforce SOPs, workflows, and review‑readiness expectations. Drive process and systems improvements by identifying trends, root‑cause issues, and gaps, and by leveraging accounting systems and automation tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Job Requirements: 2 years of relevant accounting and/or financial experience is required. Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree. Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth. We pay competitive wages and view compensation as an investment in our people. Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range. The Senior will review the work of Analysts and Associates for accuracy against standards across monthly, quarterly, and annual engagements, ensuring financial statements and reconciliations are correct.
