REQUIREMENTS:

  • Accounting qualifications (AAT/part-qualified ACA/ACCA or equivalent).
  • Strong working knowledge of NetSuite is beneficial.
  • Confident communicator with a professional and friendly phone manner.
  • Demonstrated experience in credit control and client liaison.
  • Self-motivated and quick to learn, with excellent organisational skills.

Responsibilities
  • Support the finance team with a wide range of accounting tasks.
  • Manage aged receivables and proactively chase outstanding invoices.
  • Liaise confidently with clients and stakeholders over the phone and via email.
  • Assist with the preparation of management accounts and financial reports.
  • Handle VAT returns and contribute to monthly/quarterly budgeting processes.
  • Perform P&L reviews and financial analysis.
  • Work with NetSuite and other finance software to ensure smooth operations.
  • Streamline administrative and accounting processes.
  • Support and cover for other administrative team members as needed.
  • Reconcile payroll and employee expenses.
