As a senior assistant, you will be proficient in the role with professional knowledge and expertise and will be responsible for all sales and purchase ledger management: ensuring that transactions are entered accurately and promptly, in line with agreed policies and processes. You will support the supplier payment processes to ensure invoices are paid on time and inline with supplier agreements and are required to solve routine problems and be a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. You will also make recommendations for continuous improvements to ways of working or processes and will deputise for the manager as needed.
