We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accounts to manage our organization’s financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to oversee end-to-end financial processes.

• Financial Management & Reporting
• Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, vendor statements, and balance sheet accounts.
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Track budget vs. actual performance and provide variance analysis.
• Compliance & Audit
• Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, tax laws, and accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
• Process Improvement & Controls
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Recommend process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
• Team Support & Leadership
• Supervise junior accounting staff and provide training where necessary.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights for business decisions.
