• Monitor and manage data transfers between accounting systems (e.g. AR to SAP)
• Analyse and resolve discrepancies in financial reports and vendor records
• Support debtors’ management and reconciliation activities
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial closures and reporting
• Maintain billing system data, including service codes, packages, and customer information
• Prepare financial submissions and support statutory reporting requirements
• Guide junior team members and contribute to audits and process enhancements
