TWO YEAR FIXED TERM CONTRACT
Are you detail driven, process focused, and ready to make a real impact in a supportive finance team? MHA is looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Assistant to join us on a two-year fixed term contract, supporting the day-to-day operations while we undergo an exciting period of finance transformation.
This role has been created to provide essential support to the Accounts Payable Manager (AP Manager), allowing senior colleagues to focus on our new system implementation. Whilst this role isn’t directly involved in the project, it is a key part of ensuring operational stability and continuity through change.
You will work closely with the AP Manager to manage the purchase ledger and expense process, act as a key point of contact for suppliers and internal staff and help maintain compliance with financial procedures and procurement policies.
